Cite your source and state the name of the PR firm.  Stop beating 
around the bush.

I can tell you that I have never heard of any money going from PEC4U 
- which, I remind you doesn't even have a bank account - to any PR 
firm.  And I'm pretty up on what PEC4U has been doing.

Lord only knows how you're connecting the two, but I personally had 
never heard of a RadiancePR.com group until I heard that you thought 
they were working for us.  And then I did a google search to try to 
figure out how in the blazes you thought that.  Did you happen to 
notice that they charge in english pounds? ;-)  Kind of out of our 
territory.

Like I said earlier, you're so completely off base on this one that 
it's laughable.

Cite them.  By name.  That's all I'm asking.  No more of this vague 
"I seem to have heard" BS.  Either you can come up with something 
solid, or you might as well be making it up.

So, where EXACTLY did you hear that PEC4U hired a PR firm?  Who was 
the PR firm?  Where did the money come from?

Though there may have been some early email discussion about the 
*possiblity* of hiring a PR firm (which anyone including you can look 
up in the documents of record related to the lawsuit, which included 
email records), no PR firm was ever hired.  It was dismissed as 
impractical and financially far out of reach, if I remember correctly.

These comments apply to all your other allegations as well.  You 
think the Congressional Committee has somewhere said that it's a 
local problem?  I think you misread or misheard that, or extracted a 
stray comment out of context.  Prove otherwise.
