Was reading the current article on the Statesman this morning and saw
this "Also on Monday, co-op directors discussed proposed state
legislation geared toward open access at member-owned utilities. Some
directors expressed concerns that a joint proposal sponsored by Sen.
Troy Fraser, R-Horseshoe Bay, and Rep. Patrick Rose, D-Dripping Springs,
would impose too many limits on Pedernales." This was already posted in
another email. The board - the OLD guard - still is trying to keep
things from being open so the MEMBERS WHO OWN PEC can't see what is
going on. They don't care about the future goings on. They care about
the past goings on. Do NOT want it to come to the light of day.
