[Watchdogs] Texland Fiasco

Sorry, I must have missed whatever Texland announcements prompted this.
Care to fill me (and the others on Watchdogs) as
to what you're talking about? Has some agreement
or other action been reached regarding Texland?
And in general - yes, we need to move forward,
but when there's a possibility of recovering some
or all of the money we've been hoodwinked out of,
we need to pursue that. Half a million is a
fair bit of money to recover.
