[Watchdogs] resignations

I'm curious.....if four of the seven directors resign, how is the board going to function? It would be left with three voting directors, less than a quorum, thus no legal power whatsoever.
Second, for those who have and have not read the Navigant report, I believe it states that the directors were advised by their legal counsel not to respond to questions by Navigant. SInce there is continued litigation, by virtue of the appeal, it seems only wise and prudent from their position, to follow their counsel's advice. I believe this is different than "refused to cooperate". It further states that "counsel" offered conditions that Navigant rejected. I have a real problem with inaccurate or opinionated information being put forth as fact. You have demanded honesty and forthrightness from the "old guard", how about setting the example? In my books, it's the "whole truth", or it's not the truth.
