[Watchdogs] Force The Frolicsome Foursome OUT of PEC

The four voting Directors who have never been elected have no legitimacy and no right to be sitting in those seats.  They have no more rights than the Morisund family members who sat with the Directors and the Morisund lawyers who all got copies of The Board Packets.  These Board Packets were prohibited to all member-owners.

However, I have read and noted the 391 page Navigant Report of Dec. 2008 and I have not found any claims that the Voting Directors had ever really gotten any real chunks of money like Judge W. W. , Fuelberg and Judge A. W..  All of the Directors got was the crumbs on the floor that fell off the big table.  The Directors were content with small monthly salaries, some junkets to Jackson Hole, New Orleans, Las Vegas, lots of free booze etc.

I found no mention of any Director, voting or otherwise getting any real money, just penny-anti amounts compared to the three big Executives.   The three big boys sacked up the loot and they are GONE.  I doubt that the Directors have noticed that they are all alone, left holding the bag and the bag is getting smaller every day.
