[Watchdogs] employee at PEC

 Was just thinking of one of Bennie's "employees" Joyce Greenslade. She 
is the one who moved to Louisiana and still drew a paycheck. Has she 
been terminated? Is she required to pay back PEC the money she drew for 
not working? Too bad that Bennie paid people for not working and did not 
give retired employees a cost of living raise every year. We all could 
use it.
