Juan Garza has been running PEC for over a year now and no one can get an
answer on how the money is being spent. Maybe somebody should recommend that
they purchase Quicken and then hire someone that knows how to use the
program. Clyde Doyal Lakeway

Dear Merle: What I see is that no executive in PEC has the faintest notion
of how or why money should not be spent lavishly. What is also, evident is

that the costs are deliberately hidden to fool the owners.

Merle, I am going to ask the Elected Directors to carefully examine the
Employment Contract of Juan Garza. That contract was dictated by Fuelburg
Jr. and most likely bonds Mr. Garza to following the express and specific
orders of that Board of Directors at that time, February 2008.

The new Board needs to change or simply discard that contract and have him
sign a new one obligating him to the Owners of the Coop. After all, Mr,
Garza has a whopping salary riding on the pleasure of the old Board of
Directors.....and by extension, Fuelburg Jr.

The actions of Mr. Garza clearly put him with the old Board of Directors.
Example: Garza stood with the old guard against one lone, Elected Director,

Patrick Cox, in the affair of the approval of the Swineford House Bill.
The Swineford bill would have chased all of us out of the monthly Director's

meetings and Garza approved it.

I really want a new Employment Contract that puts Garza clearly at the
side of the Owners of the Coop.
