This should take you to the Cost of Service and Rate Design Study report
given at the 11 May 2009 Board meeting.  Page 12 shows the redesigned bill
with the breakout of expenses we all want to see.

 

The Board will probably consider this matter at its meeting Monday in
Austin.

Thanks to everyone who answered my email.  I will vote online today.  

An aside......when we received the FEC bill, everything was spelled out.
The amount of Kilowatt hours used, the cost per Kilowatt hour, transmission
fee's and taxes.   You knew what you were paying for. The PEC bill is just
an amount.  It's like getting a credit card bill without the charges.  Can
this be changed?
