[Watchdogs] PEC Board Meeting on June 15, 2009, 10:00 AM, Johnson City Office. Why?

Well, if I were on the board of a large coop utility about to hold an 
Annual Meeting of the members, I'd want to make sure that all the 
preparations were ready for that meeting, for one thing.  Sort of a 
dry run to make sure everything's in place, make sure everyone knows 
what their roles are, etc.

Because we complained about them having a pre-meeting, the annual 
meeting, and a post-meeting and getting paid three times on the same 
day in the past.  Now they can't do that any more, it'll all be 
called one meeting.  So there's not as much monetary motivation to do 
a marathon day (and more to do a "special" meeting)

...And they wonder why we think there might be inefficiencies in the system?!?

Good for the Hard Heads.    Even though you might be outnumbered 
there, you're keeping them on their toes.
