They started deliberating yesterday (Thu) mid day after closing arguments. The jury was selected last Monday so total it was 2 work weeks for the whole trial and they deliberated for about a day.

The evidence convinced me to notify the Texas A.G. of Fuelberg’s conduct, and when the A.G. initially declined to take action, the evidence compelled me to sue Fuelberg and others for fraud and breaches of fiduciary duties. After hearing the evidence limited to just one example of Fuelberg’s behavior as PEC’s general manager, the jury found that Fuelberg’s conduct was criminal. This should send a clear message to the PEC and to electric co-ops around the country: the actions of co-op managers are not above the law.
