Breaking News Monday, December 13, 2010 Bennie Fuelberg gets probation,

A jury has sentenced Bennie Fuelberg, the former general manager of the
Pedernales Electric Cooperative, to probation and a $30,000 fine.

The jury's sentence does not list a term of probation, which will be
determined by State District Judge Dan Mills in January.

Mills suggested Fuelberg have to pay $84,000 in restitution, and serve jail
time as a condition of his probation.
