[Watchdogs] Supporting Materials for Board Agendas

I just rechecked the PEC web site for the supporting materials for Monday's
Board meeting agenda, and again, nothing there.  Shouldn't at least
the *resolutions
*referenced in the agenda be included with any posted agenda.
