[Watchdogs] Proposed Member Bill of Rights, Revised Bylaws and Revised Articles of Incorporation recommended to the Board by the Governance, Bylaws and Legal Committee

Watchdogs, 

I received this yesterday from the PEC (same as the web
site). Click on the attachments. 

My only concerns are: 

1. They are
still recommending at-large elections. 

2. The PEC will allow members to
obtain the personal address information of other members for proper
purpose. With elections being the only named proper purpose. My main
problems with this are: (1.) it is not something the PEC has to do, and
(2.) there is no opt out provision. One board member stated that allowing a
member other members' private information is for the PEC to become more
democratic and transparent. Personally I just have a difficulty
understanding how giving my personal information to another member running
as a candidate for a director's position has anything to do with democracy
and transparency. This flies in the face of individual privacy rights.
Irritates my Libertarian side.

The bylaws committee is still taking
members' input.
