[Watchdogs] A Dated PEC Organizational Chart

Some of you have asked about an organizational chart or have requested one
from PEC.  Maybe I can help a bit, though this information is somewhat
dated.
 
I've attached part of the "Organizational Chart: Management Structure as of
April 30, 2010," which consists of a number of pages from the notebook that
was used to present the 2010 Budget.  (I had asked Juan Garza for a copy of
the budget when it was ready for release to the public, and to his credit,
he gave me his copy, from which I have pulled these pages.)
 
I've put in Part 1 (my designation) the pages that relate to elements of the
organization other than districts, except that I've included the Johnson
City Office to show the staffing at the Blanco Office (Payment Center).
I'll follow up with Part 2, which will include charts for nine or so
districts.
 
Remember that some significant changes have been made since April of 2010.
Some positions have been eliminated, some positions have been filled by new
people, and some people have changed positions.
 
I'm missing the chart for Purchasing.
