[Watchdogs] Organizational chart

Hello Watchdogs,

Please find attached the PEC organizational chart.  I've also asked Lana for a more in depth breakdown.  She promised to work on
that while fulfilling all the other open records requests she's received recently.  Sounds like she has a good half dozen requests?!  
She mentioned she'll have to block out indivudual employee names but at least it will show the overall structure down to a supervisor 
level.  

Note that the number in parenthesis is the total number of employees under a particular manager.
