[Watchdogs] PEC skullduggery

Nice word, but I don't think it applies. At least not yet.
I personally haven't seen a "rush toward green power" from the Board
or from PEC as a whole. In fact, I've seen pretty much the opposite
- severe foot dragging. (Yes, I'm unabashedly pro-renewables.) I
haven't seen any proposal from the committee which is supposed to be
making recommendations, and I haven't seen any serious movement from
the Board itself aside from appointing a committee.
Maybe I haven't been paying as close attention as some of you, but
the only talk I've really seen of late regarding renewable energy has
be speculative at best, right here on the Watchdogs list.
It's fine for us to talk about what we feel is fair and what we feel
is best for PEC here on the Watchdogs... that's why it's here. It's
also fine to call for more transparency from the Board about what
they're considering. (...and here I'm hoping that the vaunted
Strategic Plan is not just a bunch of feel-good PR).
But until there's actually something on the table, I suggest that we
tone down the conspiracy theories.
