[Watchdogs] Giving SS#

Maybe PEC should do as Time Warner does - they will issue you a PIN number you can use over the phone to inquire about your account. If enough of us start complaining and refusing to divulge the SS# (which is NOT and I.D. number - just read the card) these companies will change. NEVER EVER give out your SS# OVER THE PHONE TO ANYONE.
